First things first - you're probably wondering how to even get to Archlet in the first place.

It's pretty easy! Just open a preferred web browser and navigate to Archlet via the web link <a href="http://app.archlet.io/sign-in" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">app.archlet.io/sign-in</a>.

❗We recommend Google Chrome as a browser and that incognito mode will lead to reduced content displayed in the help center.

Press enter to be directed to the application.

On a second screen, enter your password and click continue:

If you are using Archlet for the first time, the system will ask to map you to the Archlet database:

Login with single-sign-on (<a href="http://google.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">SSO</a>)

Enter your email address as your user name

Log in through your own identity provider (this could be MS365 or another authentication provider). Enter the password you typically use to access tools through single-sign-in (SSO). ❗If you have issues logging in, please reach out to your organization's administrator.

EXAMPLE SCREEN (this will look different depending on your authentication provider):

If you are logging in for the first time with our enhanced authentication system, you will be asked to allow the Archlet App to read your name and email address. Click on Accept:
