Some articles are not accessible to everyone. You will have to log into the Archlet application to have access to the majority of the content on our Help Center.

If you haven't logged into Archlet, and you try to access a private Help Center article, and you may receive the following error.

How do I see this article?

You can access the article after you log into Archlet.

Either click the link 'Go to Archlet' at the top right hand corner of the screen or click the Archlet hyperlink in the error message to launch Archlet in a new window.

❗Please consider that we recommend Google Chrome as a browser and that incognito mode will lead to reduced content displayed in the help center.

A new tab will launch for you to log into Archlet.

Log in using your credentials.

Then go back to the article you're trying to view, and refresh the link. You should be able to see the content.

What if I still don't see the article?

There might have been a synchronization or cache issue at play and your role has not been transmitted correctly to the help center.

In this case, stay inside the Archlet App and do a hard refresh on the web page to send your data again.

Still Need Help?

If you are stuck and need support with a task in the Archlet App, then please reach out directly via our chat feature or support@archlet.ch. We are always here to help and support your projects to make sure you can get the most out of the Archlet App.
